Delivery terms

Hank and Perro Oy (Business ID 2909502-3) (hereinafter “Fit Skatta” or the online store) sells fitness services to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change our delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

ORDERING
Fitness products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the cart at checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, the product prices, and the delivery costs. If an email address is provided when placing the order, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The confirmation includes the ordered products and the total price.

ACCESS KEY
You must collect your access key from our customer service during opening hours. Without the access key, you will not be able to enter the gym. The access key costs €8 (non-refundable).
The agreement remains valid until further notice until the customer cancels it in writing. Fit Skatta has a one calendar month notice period. For example, if you cancel your membership in October, your training time will end on the last day of November. We do not charge joining fees or annual service fees. See: Terms of Agreement.

PAYMENT
The payment service provider for the online store is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are processed through Bambora’s online service, and Bambora or Paybyway Oy will appear as the recipient on your bank statement and invoice. Bambora forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all payment transaction data is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no external party can access the information.

The purchase agreement is made between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the sale. Learn more about Bambora: https://www.bambora.com

Through the PayForm service, you can pay using online banking credentials, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installment payment. Available payment methods include: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Jousto, Everyday, and Euroloan.

Jousto
You can pay with Jousto Invoice or Installments in over 4,000 Finnish online stores. The invoice offers 14 days payment time (€4.90 invoicing fee). Installments offer up to 12 months payment time (€4.90 invoicing fee and 2.42% monthly interest). More information: www.jousto.com

Everyday Flexible Credit
Everyday credit has a minimum limit of €300 and remains valid until further notice. You can pay the full amount by the end of next month (no fees) or in monthly installments. In installments, the minimum payment is 1/5 of the invoice total. After the due date, a 5% monthly interest applies to the outstanding balance. The annual percentage rate (APR) for a typical €500 credit amount is 48.52%. More information: www.everyday.fi

Euroloan
With Euroloan Invoice, you receive your products before payment and get 14 days interest-free payment time. You can convert the invoice into installments if you wish. With Euroloan Installments, you can choose a payment period (3, 6, 12, or 24 months) and receive your products before payment. You may repay the full amount at any time without additional fees.
Available for Finnish residents aged 20 or over for purchases between €10–€2000. Installments are billed every 30 days. For example, the APR for a €1500 purchase over 12 months is 27.9% (including interest, invoicing fee, and opening fee). More information: www.euroloan.fi/luotot/laskujaosamaksu

Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj has the right to check the credit and address details of customers choosing Euroloan Invoice or Installments and to approve or deny credit based on this information.

RETURNS
Customers of the online store have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. Customers may exchange or return part or all of their order. If you wish to return a purchased fitness service, please first contact customer service for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for any refund.

CANCELLATION, LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS, AND COMPLAINTS
Before the purchased service is activated, the order can be canceled by written notice via email. The online store has statutory liability for defects in sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service at skatta@ole.fit
