Hello! I’m Roosa Adler and I work at Fit Skatta as a Personal Trainer. The best part of my work is to be able to help and support people as their Trainer and to try and motivate them to become the best version of themselves.

As a Trainer I see exercise as part of a bigger picture called wellbeing.

Overall wellbeing consists of recovery, rest, nutrition and mental wellbeing as well as exercise.

Versatility has a key role in all Training as has rest and recovery. Technique is important so that we can safely proceed towards a specific, clear goal.

Each client’s life situation, stress, current fitness level and goals will define the way to proceed. Whether you’re new to exercise and just want to feel better and get fitter, want to lose weight, get stronger, run further, train together with your friends or get some help and support with your nutrition, contact me and we can start working towards your goal together!

 

Qualifications:

  • Sport Instructor (Kisakallio Sport Institute)
  • Personal Trainer (Finnish Sport Institute)
  • Nutrition Adviser (Precision Nutrition)

Specific areas of knowledge:

  • Extensive wellbeing Training (life management, exercise and movement, recovery, rest and nutrition.)
  • Training with specific goals (strength gain/reducing bodyfat)
  • Training plans for home and/or gym
  • Training in Finnish, English and Estonian
