Our gym is on two floors and has easy to use, comfortable, and high-quality Selection PRO equipment by Technogym.

Our friendly staff will happily give you guidance with the equipment usage and our Personal Trainers can create a bespoke exercise program for your exact needs.

Each member will be offered a free Personal Training Consultation. This is an initial assessment of your goals, abilities and needs.

We are more than happy to show you around the gym to ensure your training with us will start as efficiently and safely as possible.
