Who is nutrition coaching suitable for?
Whether your goal is to improve muscle fitness, increase strength, enhance physical performance (for example, through goal-oriented running or preparing for a competition or other athletic event), lose weight, or become more toned, nutrition plays a major role in achieving your goals.
Perhaps you have repeatedly found yourself frustrated by the fact that no matter how much you exercise and train, the results simply don’t seem to show.
Nutrition coaching includes an initial assessment, food diary analysis, personalised guidance, and ongoing support to help you improve your nutrition. Coaching can take place face-to-face, via video calls, or by email. We also look at your overall life situation, stress and workload, as well as recovery and rest.
At least the initial meeting and the final meeting of the coaching process will take place live, face-to-face.
How does nutrition coaching work?
Nutrition coaching begins with an initial interview and assessment of your eating habits, current life situation, and goals. We then typically continue with keeping a food diary and analysing it.
The food diary provides an overall picture of your current eating habits and where you are at the moment. From there, we identify the necessary changes and work towards them one small step at a time.
Follow-up support is provided via video calls or email.
The coaching period lasts from one to approximately two to three months, depending on your individual goals.
If your goal is, for example, weight loss or becoming more toned, achieving results takes several weeks, and there are no overnight miracles. Goal-oriented exercise and a structured training programme can also be incorporated into the process to support your results.
Schedule for the first month:
1. Initial consultation – 60 min
2. Nutrition analysis and review of your personalised plan – 60 min
3. Weekly follow-up and additional guidance – 30 min
Pricing: First month: €299/month (VAT included)
Following months: €60 / 60 min
The schedule for subsequent months is agreed individually with each client based on their needs and situation. Options include weekly meetings, meetings every other week, or one meeting per month.
Follow-up meetings can also be divided into shorter 30-minute or 15-minute sessions. The schedule for ongoing coaching will be agreed upon individually with the client.
